Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 & 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 cups Peanut Butter (500g jar)
- 1 cup Butter or Margerine
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips (technically optional, but not really)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Combine peanut butter with wet ingredients, mix heavily. A blender or hand mixer may be userful.
- Combine dry ingredients (except chips) in separate bowl, mix.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then mix. Combine chocolate chips.
- Use tablespoon or ice cream scoop to place chunks of dough about the size of a medium strawberry on baking sheets
- Bake for 14-ish minutes, until edges are lightly browned. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from sheets.
