Corn Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 cup Cornmeal
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Butter or Margarine
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 1/4 cups Milk
- 3 Large Eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and grease a 9×13" baking pan
- Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine
- Bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out without wet batter
- Let cool for 15 minutes, cut and serve
